So apparently this place exists a few miles from my new house, unfortunately apart from having to buy a lot the annual membership fee is around $80,000. No matter how successful I become as a penetration tester, I will never be able to afford this.

I am so spoiled by my local track, 10 minutes away. $250 one-time fee and then $550 a year or $300 if you live more than 70 miles away. Ususally at least one full Saturday and one or two half days of driving, March to October. And if there’s an odd 60 and sunny day over the winter they will ususally open it up for driving! The full day events usually include lunch in the clubhouse. You can buy lots with garages with living space above them, there’s about 10 built so far.

I think the BMW driving school does events there.
Actually seems like they had a demo track day there just last weekend for $250.
